REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE SCHOOL BARCELONA COURSES METHOD ACCOMMODATION HOW TO ENROLL REGISTRATION FORM E-mail	Upon enrolment a deposit of 20% of the course price must be paid. The school will confirm the student´s enrolment by e-mail and will send the address of the accommodation one or two weeks before the course starts The remainder (80%) of the course price must be paid within the first two days of the course. In case of cancellation, the school reserves the right to retain the 20% advance payment to cover costs. The school will not give refunds if a student starts the course later than the marked enrollment date, is absent during any part of the course, or if the student leaves the class before the end of the course. If, for personal reasons, the student leaves their accommodation, the full amount paid will not be refunded. In case of damages to the flat or loss of keys the student will have to pay the charges. The school reserves the right to change the class times and the maximum size to 12, if it is necessary. Minimum age 18. Language exchange with Spanish people possible after 4 weeks of courses. On Bank holidays the lessons cannot be recovered. Our insurance doesn´t cover accidents occurring outside the school. Students participating in the cultural programme have to pay for their own transports costs, museum and cinema tickets. Ex-Tandem´s students receive 10% discount.
