THE SCHOOL COURSES Academic Year D.E.L.E. Courses Intensive Spanish Hispanic Studies Spanish for Groups Individual Courses CLASSES LEVELS CERTIFICATES AND DIPLOMAS CULTURAL AND LEISURE PROGRAM ACCOMMODATION HOW TO ENROLL REGISTRATION FORM E-mail	Courses are held throughout all the year and you may register for a period from 1 to 30 weeks' duration. There are classes during the holiday periods of Summer, Christmas, and Holy Week, but never on bank holidays. INTENSIVE SHORT TERM COURSES - A good idea to make use of your holidays (1-6 weeks). LONG TERM INTENSIVE SPANISH COURSES - A good way to learn Spanish (8-30 weeks). On arrival, students pass a test to determine their level of proficiency and to assign them to a group. You may commence a course at any time. Students can choose the intensity of the course from 3 hours daily (Course A), 4 hours daily (A+B), recommended for any level, up to 6 hours daily (A+B+C), not recommended for beginners but for those who would like to acquire knowledge in depth, taking the maximum advantage of their linguistic stay: Course A - Language and Conversation: 3 hours per day from Monday to Friday with the same teacher. We study vocabulary and grammar, Practice conversation and consider current affairs. Course B - En Español: A complementary course of one hour per day for the expansion of vocabulary. It is very interesting to learn colloquial vocabulary used in everyday situations. This is a course produced and recommended by the Spanish Ministry of Culture. Course C - Grammar Course and Topics on Hispanic Culture and Civilization: This is a complementary course of 2 hours per day dealing with: Revision of class work. (3 hours per week). According to the needs of the group it can be increased to 4 or 5 hours per week. Topics of Hispanic Culture and Civilization. (7 or 8 class hours per week) Spanish and Latin American History, art, geography, literature and current affairs. Activities include lectures, talks and discussions, where the students ask questions and participate regularly in the conversation.
