INDEX THE SCHOOL ALMUÑECAR TEACHING METHODS COURSES CULTURE and LEISURE ACCOMMODATION HOW TO ENROLL REGISTRATION FORM E-mail	TEACHERS AND CLASSES The teaching staff is composed by university graduates with experience in teaching Spanish to foreigners. Their specialities are Hispanic Studies (for the courses of Spanish Language) and Literature, History, Economics or Business Studies (for the special courses). Excellent teachers who enjoy their work, and are noted for their enthusiasm, thus contributing to create a fresh and young image. The groups are formed by a maximal of 9 students. Classes are held during the morning (from 9.00 to 12.30) or the afternoon (from 16.00 to 19.30). The special courses on Commercial Spanish, Literature and History will be from 16.00 to 19.30. Mini-courses of dance, ceramics, etc., are held outside the class timetable. There will be 20 days of classes per month, distributed according to the general program of activities shown: class days, excursions, arrivals, departures, etc. DIPLOMAS AND CERTIFICATES Certificates and diplomas will be awarded for all the courses and short courses given at the Center. A certificate of participation will be awarded to all those who follow any of the courses at the Center. Diplomas will only be awarded to students at the request of their teacher to the Director of CEVA. Thus there is no examination, but instead an evaluation of the student's work, progress and capacity carried out by the teacher and by the Director. SEASON OF SPANISH FILMS The Spanish cinema is known by prizes obtained at the great cinema festivals and by the long list of famous directors as Luis Buñuel, Carlos Saura, Berlanga, Víctor Erice or Mario Camus. CEVA offers a season with the best of contemporary Spanish film making. Films like: Carmen, El Sur, Los Santos Inocentes, etc. The showing of each film is preceded by an introduction by our cinema specialist and followed by a short discussion.
